How to add inline formatting in CafeTran Espresso?

Thanks for the tip- yes, I'm mainly translating Word documents but also quite a few PPTs and Excel (CafeTran is especially good at handling the latter two)

It’s very likely that you can use this way of formatting for Excel and PowerPoint files too.
