I was asked to take up a translation job for a big company. Pair English-Arabic (and maybe also vice versa). I didn't take any translation work since 5 years now. Before that I used to charge 50€ per page (500wd single spaced page). Usually tight deadline projects. This year, 2018, I needed some translation for personal purposes (pair Dutch-Arabic), area Legal and I was charged 70€ per page.

I was wondering how much the standard rate would be now. Area: Gen

Hello,

I was asked to take up a translation job for a big company. Pair English-Arabic (and maybe also vice versa). I didn't take any translation work since 5 years now. Before that I used to charge 50€ per page (500wd single spaced page). Usually tight deadline projects. This year, 2018, I needed some translation for personal purposes (pair Dutch-Arabic), area Legal and I was charged 70€ per page.

I was wondering how much the standard rate would be now. Area: General. I use no translation tools, yet at least, and the work would be part time.

Thanks a lot!
