Having a pre-translation career in procurement and wanting to use this to my best advantage to specialise, I located a book, written in French ("Supply Chain Management: Achat, Production, Logistique, Transport, Vente - by Rémi Le Moigne), which would be a great way to brush up on my knowledge of the concepts within the supply chain and FREN terminology of my chosen specialism. Furthermore, by buying directly from the publisher (Dunod) the e-book came with a glossary of terms and FREN "Lexique", which was perfect!) However, to cut a long story short, I could not order from Dunod directly because I did not have a French/DOM-TOM/EU address as it would not accept the UK in the mandatory "country" field. However, I then found it on Amazon (UK, via Amazon.fr), which would be ideal if I could buy it from there as, like everybody, I am set up to buy from them. However, although it mentions that it comes with a glossary, it does not mention anything about anything FREN - and as you can imagine, the FREN "lexique" is slightly of more interest than perhaps the book itself! 😊 I just wondered if anybody has managed to buy this book from Amazon or from anywhere else whilst having a non-French/DM-TOM/EU address and has access to that FREN "lexique" along with the e-book. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, especially if anybody can tell me whether I would get the FREN "lexique" if I bought it from Amazon. NB: I am mostly interested in the e-book rather than the hard copy, but would be willing to pay the extra for the hard copy if I could guarantee the bilingual glossary. Many thanks!
