providing access for visitors to an archaeological site

Explanation:
I imagine they're talking about walkways, viewing platforms, etc. You could add 'surface' (providing surface access for visitors) if you think the distinction is useful but it may not be necessary in English.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Toni, Thank you for your comments. The article speaks about how an archaeological site has been prepared for public use. They use "adequació" throughout and I can't find an exact word for it. There are several layers of remains from different periods and they have "prepared" the site so that people can access it and understand what they are seeing. Do you think "Preparation and public use of x archaeological site" sounds O.K? the title is "L’adequació superficial de X i el seu ús públic"
