These are two seperate bulet points for a list of documentation required to apply for a government grant. I am not sure what the critical difference is here, they sound to my ears to be one and the same - i.e. report vs. description.

1)Memòria de l'activitat per a la qual es demana la subvenció.


2)Fitxa descriptiva de l'activitat per a la qual es demana subvenció on s'ha d'incloure el pressupost detallat en el qual figurin totes les despeses i els ingressos i despeses previstos amb indicació de l'ajut sol•licitat.
