Catalan term or phrase: ordre públic
The film production company will be responsible for:

neteja posterior al rodatge, i de la seguretat i l'ordre públic i respodrán dels danys .....

One of those terms that it's difficult to think of a suitable translation for, simply becuase it's not quite cleat what they are referring to.

Any explanation, insights and suggested translations welcome:-)

I'd go the literal route, as in "the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994"

public order

Explanation:
I think it is quite literal. The film production company will be responsible for everything during and after fliming, including safety and public order (i.e. making sure that crowds don't wreck the place while trying to watch filming), they will also be held responsible for any damages that may be caused during the filming. My two eurocents Hope it helps.

explanation

Explanation:
Afterwards it says that they will be responsible for damage, so I guess it's meaning anything that the public do. So the film company is responsible for the security of the public, but also, for example, if the public break something, it is the responsibility of the company. (OK , I've just repeated the same thing!) I think it's like what they put in a contract when you rent a flat, that in my flat, I am personally responsible for anything done my guests. Maybe something with "the actions of", I'm not sure though, so wait for some more help.

I've just posted a Catalan question, if you could have a quick look. Sisplau.

Explanation:
It depends on how formal your translation is. Filming in public places usually involves a certain amount of crowd control.
