Només necessiteu coure a la brasa dues cabeces d'all mentre piqueu cinc grans d'all cru i els barregeu amb molla de pa, dues pessigades d'espècies dolces (canyella, nou moscada i gingebre) i un gotet de brou de verdura tebi. Després heu de barrejar-ho tot amb la batedora i afegir-hi l'all rostit (i pelat) per fer-ne un triturat ben fi.
