Per a realitzar les tasques de coordinació, producció, regidoria i representació institucional, el nombre de persones desplaçades serà de 13.
Aquestes tasques fan referència a la representació de diversos balls i tradicions catalanes. El terme no fa referència (em penso) a la Regidoria de cultura. en el món teatral es parla d'encarregat d'il·luminació, de director de producció, de vestuari, etc. i de regidoria. És una tasca teatral.
ara bé, no tinc ni idea de com es diu en anglès. No tinc més context, així que no us puc ajudar gaiure més.

Explanation:
If the person is working backstage they are called, stage manager, as Sheila proposes, if they deal with everything in the theatre that has a public face, then they are the "front of house manager". See if context tells you which.
