Fallas Fun Run

Explanation:
A "Volta a peu" is literally a circuit round the city on foot, commonly used for fun runs, mini marathons etc. around Valencia and Catalonia.

I'd use the origninal in italics, as it's a proper noun, then my suggestion in brackets.

I don't know if it means only "falleros" (i.e. those who participate actively in the Fallas festivities, members of the "Casals") take part or if the event simply coincides with their celebrations (which occur on different dates throughout the year, not only in March).

Hmm, ok, but just for the record if anyone's reading this, Voltas a Peu are quite a recent phenomenon (i.e. not traditional in fact the sentence actually says "se añade la puesta en marcha", so it's just started), and often involve fancy dress etc. It's most likely that this particular Fallas one has only just appeared very recently.
