Prvotno je bila presvođena bačvastim svodom ispod kojega su se nalazila dva potporna luka, a nalazila se u sklopu antičke gospodarske zgrade - „ villae rusticae“

  -> Vera, nakapnica je cisterna. Lokalnih naziva ima mnogo: šterna, gusti(je)rna, čatrnja... A Roman piscina bi trebao biti bazen, zar ne? Ovo nije bazen, nego vodoopskrbni objekt.
