http://www.czechtourism.com/a/cubism, http://www.travelandleisure.com/articles/pragues-bohemian-rh... it's a pretty well known triple house, no real other way to describe it in British or American English

by the way it's often seen with the word "Cubist" before "Triple House"...

I found it in my Trados mem too, as I've translated about it a lot: "...and the Triple House by the Rašín Embankment, formed by three symmetrically arranged Cubist villas".

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks! I've actually come across this term referring to this particular house too - but is the term per se common? Does it sound natural to a native? I have noticed just the few sources you mentioned in your post.

agree  Elizabeth Spacilova: Look up "triple house" cubism prague in google books - eight different EN publications calling it the "triple house". Miserable results if you replace "triple house" with "triplex" or even "row house". Natural - no, IMHO, but established - yup.

or linked-house : are " row - houses " or " semei-detached houses " that are linked structuralyy only in their foundations. Above ground, these houses appear to be detached houses.

or > semi-detached housing, occasinally referred to as se-tenant houses consist of pairs of houses built side by side as units sharing a party wall and usually in such a way that each house's layout is a mirror image of its twin.
