obsahuje záběry 1 až 30. Tento díl měl celkem 91 záběrů. Technický
scénář obsahuje nákres děje v záběru, popis akce, dialog, postav a případně
vedlejší děj, který se v záběru odehraje.

three words come to mind, which one in THIS CONTEXT is right?? Thanks much for your suggestions and thanks in advance to the eventual winner, as always :)

p.s. hey it's tricky! it differs depending on context - photography, perhaps general video recording, maybe specific one for cartoon filmmaking...that's the one I need.

Another synonym of "scene" is "setup".

"Take", suggested by Marketa, means a physical occurance of the shooting, or recording, of the scene or setup. That is, one scene may bot shot multiple times for the director and editor to choose from in the editing stage of making the movie. It's also the name of the device that used be used at the beginning of filming a scene to mark each take: http://www.benbruno.com/wp/assets/take1.jpg.

I forgot to mention that "take" in the meaning of "shooting" is probably mostly called "záběr" in Czech but it doesn't fit in the context Scott presents in his question. Thinking of that further, some people may prefer the cognate word "scéna" for what is called "záběr" in Scott's question, just for the distinction of the two meanings...
