neutral  Jana Bedanova: "justify"=ospravedlnit, looking up this in quotation gives me only 14 results, usually from the same source. "means" is indeed literal, because English lang. allows us to be literal here. In fact it captures the meaning better than "is".Odpoved v diskusi.
