District Number/Street Number Explanation: Both are house numbers. One is - or should be a serial number of the house within the district/community, the other is a serial number of the house within the street. Not sure but don't think there are any approved/certified translations for this - up to us to coin our own. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 30 mins (2017-06-20 16:16:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- You might like to make it House DN/House SN to avoid any confusion with numbers of a district or street |

cadastral registration number - house number Explanation: This version is used in many documents of building industry. The first number refers to the house number in the land cadaster and the second one refers to the house number in the street |

House number/Street number Explanation: Vycházím z české definice čísla popisného, které se vztahuje pouze na číslo budovy (užívá se i u budov, které se nalézají mimo pojmenovaných ulic, např. dům mých rodičů čp. 200) a čísla orientačního, které se vztahují k ulicím a popř. k náměstím, např. druhé číslo za lomítkem: Štefánikova 2111/15.
