afvejningsklasse
(BrE) assessment class (ESP) clase de tasación

Explanation:
I am pretty sure kasse, as in a kitty, is a typo for klasse and that the weighing-up component means assessment vs. rating so tasación vs. tarificación.

..... da afvejningskasse ikke er lukket helt til > as the assessment class (classification of ships) has not wholly closed; (or gerundive) the ... not having entirely closed (cf. in ENG probate & succession: class-closing rules).

I again assume that English is being used as a 'bridging' or relay language into Spanish, Det danske køkken - at Plaza Gomila on the outskirts of Palma de Majorca - having been an original and famous restaurant title translated into neither English nor Spanish or majorquin / catalan.

Well, Marta, then could be a 'risk assessment fund' that can oddly be 'lukket til' at such an early claims stage.

Otherwise, as mentioned, class closing to inheritors (namely, of beneficiaries with a putative family link) is bog-standard in Anglo-Am. probate & succession https://www.coursehero.com/file/p7l9h64/The-class-closing-ru...

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi, Adrian. I am pretty sure that this is not a typo, because a class can hardly be closed (lukket til). But thanks.

-> Your're right - could well be a 'weighing box', depending on what is being 'weighed (up)'-
