If with the increase of XI the corresponding variation will change, a situation known in econometrics as heteroskedasticity will happen. One of the assumptions of regressive econometric analysis is that the error dispersion for each observation is constant. We say differently is the condition of the same depression or homoskedaticity. if this condition is not met then the condition of heteroskedasticity is obtained.
