It stays the same. I am so sorry but we Dutch think there is no reason why to translate those names.
Support programme zou ondersteuningsprogramma kunnen zijn en rural platteland. But than this word referst to our own lowlands and never fits the situation in another country. So to evade those problems we leave it in English.
