Google geeft wisselende resultaten.

Reference information:
This page describes all the metrics and features available in Flurry Analytics, organized in alphabetical order. Many of the features listed below are quite comprehensive and may have a link to a separate page with further detail.

Active Users

An active user is defined as a user that has had at least one session with your application during a given time period (days, weeks, months). If a user launches more than one session during a given period, they will only be counted once.

Recent Users

Recent Users looks at your users by cohort, based on when they first launched your application, and measures whether they are still “active.” For this metric, a “retained user” is a user that has had at least one session with your application in the past seven days (from today’s date).

User Retention

A recent user is defined as a user who has had at least one session with your app in the past seven days (from today’s date). This metric is valuable in helping understand if you are retaining your users over time and continuing to keep them engaged. It can also help identify whether feature changes or version upgrades of your app are helping increase user stickiness.

User Retention¶

For this specific metric, a recent user is defined as a user who has had at least one session with your app in the past seven days (from today’s date).

The above chart plots two different data series.

The first (in green) is the total number of new users acquired during the time zoom being viewed (e.g., days, weeks, months).

The second (in yellow) is how many of those users are “retained users”, meaning they have launched a session in the past seven days. Note that all new users acquired in the past seven days are considered retained based on this definition, so the retention rate will always be 100% for this group.

Retained User

A user is considered as retained if he has performed at least one session during the last seven days. A user is also considered as retained during a given time interval if he has performed his first session during this time interval.
