Law/Patents - Other / non-disclosure agreement
English term or phrase: discloser
Two parties for the non-disclosure agreement, the 'Discloser' and the 'Receiving Party'.

As for 'Doscloser', 'Geheimhouder' sounds too Harry Potter, maybe 'informatieverstrekker' or similar could be it.

Any suggestions are welcome.
