English term or phrase: temporal
I've run into a bit of a snag with the term "temporal".
The term is used as part of, among other things, a "temporal noise reducer" where "temporal" means "with relation to time"
The closest translation is given as "tijdelijk" in this context (ignoring the medical uses etc.) but that is commonly used in Dutch as "temporary" which would lead to serious confusion. (it doesn't deal with something that is only used for a specific amount of time, but to relate to things occurring over time)

I haven't been able to find a different translation. The alternative "temporair" has the exact same problem as "tijdelijk".

This is indeed the kind of term I was looking for; of all the alternatives this works best. Thank you!
