Explanation:
Een "top two box rating", in dit geval op een schaal van van 1 tot 5, telt de percentages van de twee hoogste posities bij elkaar op. Een marktonderzoek geeft de ondervraagden 5 mogelijke antwoorden op een vraag, b.v. "zeer goed", "goed", "voldoende", "onvoldoende" en "slecht". De som van het percentage "zeer goed" en "goed" is het top twee percentage. Beide referentiedocumenten geven een voorbeeld van hoe dit in beide talen wordt gebruikt.
