la direction du client


Explanation:
"Head" correspond en général plutôt au grand chef qu'à un responsable de département.
"La direction" plutôt que "le directeur" pour ne pas exclure d'emblée les entreprises où le directeur est une directrice (eh oui, il y en a).
Si "du client" est un raccourci jugé trop abrupt, j'aime bien le "côté client" proposé par Nicolas. Sinon, pourquoi pas "chez le client" ?
