Law: Contract(s)
English term or phrase: oblige
Does that mean that the user will not be obliged to read the applicable terms and conditions? I find it a bit contradictory since the text also says "will not replace your duty to read and confirm". I would like to check the meaning of this term.

You will be able to find updated Terms and Conditions, after your first Payment Transaction is initiated, on the Ria Money Transfer App.
Such updates will not oblige you and will not replace your duty to read and confirm the applicable Terms and Conditions prior to initiating each new Payment Transaction which will be made available to you on the Money Transfer App.

Ne revêtent aucun caractère contraignant
Explanation:

neutral  Eliza Hall: That's the basic gist, but I prefer Laurent Di Raimondo's proposed translation.

N'ont pas caractère obligatoire

Explanation:
D'ailleurs, le passage clé pour comprendre bien le problème dont on parle se trouve dans l'extrait suivant : "will not oblige you and will not replace your duty"-
