Explanation:

Proposed translation of the sentence :
"Les privilèges (ou sûretés) désignent les restrictions, réserves, limitations, exemptions, droits de passage, servitudes et autres faits opposables aux tiers affectant le droit ou l'utilisation d'un bien immobilier".

After Germaine's relevant remark, I correct my previous proposed translation as follows :
"Les privilèges désignent les restrictions, réserves, limitations, exemptions, droits de passage, servitudes et autres *actes opposables aux tiers* affectant le droit ou l'utilisation d'un bien immobilier".

neutral  Germaine: Je pense qu'on oppose un acte (document) plutôt qu'un "fait" + "sûretés" ne convient pas pour "liens" // Le "lien" est une charge, pas une garantie, donc "sûreté" ne précise pas "privilèges" + "title to" = titre (de propriété) et non "droit".
