Ce genre de chose existe-t-il dans nos tribunaux (le fait de choisir son « centre d'audiences ») ou existe-t-il une expression équivalente/trad recommandée en français ?

  -> You misunderstand: it's a physical building and it has a town or city name, e.g. the East London County Court Hearing Centre.
