Explanation:

neutral  Tony M: As AE points out, this is nothing to do with paint! Further, Alibaba is a Chinese site and certainly no liguistic reference. Finally, 'lumineux' is almost never an accurate translation of 'shiny', in any context.

disagree  Eliza Hall: Lumineux suggests something that is actually giving off light or that is light in color. That's not what this is about.

brillant / foncé

Explanation:
I think the idea here is specifically that they are shiny — they could still be gloss BLACK, for example!
I was tempted to say 'réfléchissant', but I think in terms of paint at least, we'd say 'brillant'

Though of course, it does also depend on what sense 'aerosol' has here — there's no certainty it's actually anything to do with paint at all!

agree  Philippe Etienne: I think they're on about clouds of particles in the air, some reflect light, others absorB it.
5 hrs
  -> Merci, Philippe ! Yes, that was my hunch, which is why I added the 'réfléchissant', since 'shiny' isn't really a very technical word to use here.

  -> merci
