加メタノール分解物 Explanation: methanolysisは 加メタノール分解、メタノリシスと言われることも多いです。 hydrolysis（加水分解）と対比させると分かりやすいと思います。 whole-cell lysates ならば、全細胞溶解物ですが ここではwhole-cell methanolysates なので、 脂肪酸分析を行う目的で、全細胞の加メタノール分解を行って脂肪から脂肪酸を遊離させています。 本来はmethanolysisは化学反応、これがcell lysisとも合わせた意味合いで使われているのではないでしょうか。 |
