Jak opisałaś w pierwszym rodzaju dystrybutor jest jedynym na danym terenie a więc nie ma innych, jedynie producent/dostawca może sprzedawać bezpośrednio. W drugim rodzaju jest wyłącznym dystrybutorem a więc ma prawa na wyłączność w dostawie na danym terenie. Pozostaje kwestia jak ma to wyglądać w kontekście umownym - to już zależy od treści danego postanowienia czy przekazać to opisowo np. prawo jedynego dystrybutora - prawo wyłącznego dystrybutora, bo prawo jedynej dystrybucji nie brzmi poprawnie jak prawo do wyłączniej dystrybucji
