1. Downstream equipment has stopped. This has blocked the packages on the discharge conveyor.
2. The downstream blocked sensors are dirty to adjusted OUT OF RANGE.
3. The wiring connections to the 24VDC power supply are loose, disconnected, or wired incorrectly.
4. The sensor is damaged or faulted 1. Wait for downstream equipment to restart. If it does not, manually restart the downstream equipment. If problem continues, speed up the downstream equipment.
2. Clean and/or adjust the sensitivity of the sensors, so that they work when a carton is in front of their beam.
3. Check all of the wiring connections between the sensors and the 24VDC power supply. Correct all of the wiring errors. Refer to the electrical schematics.
4. Repair or replace sensor.
