What is the general rule – if any – for rendering 'will + verb' into Russian in legalese?
"Обязан", "должен", "будет" / verb with a perfective aspect, or something else?

Examples:
[1] In providing the Services, the Party will comply, in addition to the provisions of this Agreement, with this Exhibit.
[2] The Services will include, without limitation, the following...
[3] All such activities will be accompanied by relevant Terms and Conditions...

Оба варианта означают долженствование и наиболее часто переводятся как «Покупатель оплачивает...», хотя правильным будет и вариант «Покупатель обязуется оплачивать».

Разница между ними в том, что модальный глагол will используется в случаях, когда описывается долженствование составителя рассматриваемого документа, причём это долженствование носит характер констатации.

Asker: Вадим, да, это исчерпывающий ответ на мой вопрос. (И подтверждение предположениям :)) Составитель приложения к договору, о котором идет речь, не следует правилам — отчасти это сбило меня с толку. Will описывает (a) долженствование стороны, оказывающей услуги, и (b) требования и условия, например: the Exhibit will apply; deliverables will comply; services will include; email will suffice; requirements will be set out; assets will be deemed; activities will be accompanied и т. п., где иногда кажется вернее (?) переводить будущим, а не настоящим временем. Большое спасибо за замечание о may — именно «вправе» видела в добротных переводах.
