Notes to answerer
Asker: Nella, I am still researching this expression. So far one IT guy told me that because I/O port is "input/output port" it means "butt". It is a vulgar expression and stands for "stick it up your a..s". I am still researching and will definitely write the answer if I am confident that this is what it means. Based on the resent feedback, this phrase is almost the same as "пошел ты". Because it is idiom, it can be used in different situations and can be translated differently for each.
