fill riser = стояк для заполнения резервуара?

Не уверен в этом, нашел в гугле только это описание (The pipe that projects out of an underground tank, and which is used for delivering product into the tank, will often be referred to as a fill riser or tank riser.)

sump = отстойник или грязевик?
Много по тексту "sump" идет в сочетании с "sump, pit, or containment trench", если речь о локализации, то наверное отстойник, хотя грязевик у клиента стоит в одном из сегментов 100% совпадений.
