Beginning at neck edge, cast on 51 stitches. Do not join. Working back and forth across needle in rows to establish back neck opening, proceed as follows:
1st row: (RS). *K1. P1. Rep from *to last stitch K1.
2nd row: Repeat last row for Seed Stitch Pattern once more.
3rd row (buttonhole row): Pattern across 2 stitches. Cast off 2 stitches. Pattern to end of row.
4th row: Work in pattern, casting on 2 stitches over cast off stitches

¿Alguien podría explicarme/sabe qué quieren decir con "pattern across"?

Asker: Hola, Patinba. Lo que suelo ver en instrucciones de tejido es "work in pattern" que sería continuar/seguir el patrón. Esta es la primera vez que veo "pattern" como verbo y seguido de across y, al final, ya no entendí nada :-D
