En un certificado de inglés, en el reverso, explica, según cada nivel, las competencias del aspirante al examen. Y dice así: "The student has shown the required ability in the areas tested to: understand basic spoken language and make use of basic witten language".
Sé que no se refiere a "Lenguaje" si no más bien a "idioma/lengua" la palabra "language", pero no me suena decir "idioma/lengua oral".
¿Sugerencias?

Explanation:
Me sabe mal disentir de los demás, pero creo que un certificado equivalente en español sería un poco más preciso y que en vez de decir simplemente "el lenguaje" o "el idioma", se especificaría que se trata del inglés.
