One of my translators is translating the client's instructions, and I'm looking for a developer who can create an app for one of my new clients. Would you please inform a developer about this project, or if you're a developer, feel free to e-mail me? I'm willing to pay 50 percent in advance.

The project is quite easy to understand. I created an app called X (on the app stores). I created it with an IOS dev using react and we are happy about it. For Android, as the dev is inexperienced, we made a Webapp and not a native one. It bugs a lot and doesn't work on many phones. So we want to restart the android project with a native Android app.

Regarding the app we can give you an access to a GitHub library once we agree on the deal.

On Android and IOS the app is X (does not work for Android version < V9)

Si, con frecuencia la frase es traducida como sugiere Victor pero una mas específica sería esta que ofrezco.

Muchas aplicaciones se hacen para una de las plataformas (iOS / Android) y se "traduce" para la otra; el desarrollarlas directamente para cada una permite aprovechar las bondades y carcterísticas de cada sistema (el hacerlo en una y copiar el comportamineto, pantallas y funciones en la otra también ofrece ventajas, así que el desarrollador debe poner en una balanza esas opciones y decidir como hacerla).
