English term or phrase: Building load test
Hola a todos:

Ando un poco perdida con el término del asunto y me preguntaba si alguien se había topado antes con él.

Os dejo un poco de contexto:

Building load testing is an ideal way of discovering whether your system will perform as intended when called upon.
Simulation of a utility failure allows all of the systems to be tested including but not limited to your emergency generator, switchgear, automatic transfer switch.

Mil gracias,

desarrollo de pruebas de carga (eléctrica)
Explanation:
Creo que en este caso "building" está siendo utilizado con el significado de "desarrollo", no de "edificación".

Also, an "electrical load" is not the same as "voltage".

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hace referencia a un generador eléctrico, no a un edificio. De ahí mi duda.

agree  Juan Gil: "de carga", nunca de tensión. Son dos cosas distintas.
