"EN SU ALETA" Explanation: Para el atún y sardinas aparece en la etiqueta leyendas como: "en salsa picante o italiana o en salmuera". Para los calamares, "en su tinta", y me supongo que este podría ser, "en su aleta". Es muy interesante leer toda la información que traen las etiquetas sobre el producto o artículo. "in brine" and "in fin" "en salmuera" y "en producto terminado" Explanation: El Merriam Webster dice que fin es una abreviatura de finish. Tal https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/fin http://acronymsandslang.com/definition/7925389/FIN.-meaning.... (y otros sitios) dicen que fin es una abreviatura de FINISHED. Puede referirse al % en el producto terminado. No conozco el proceso de adición de algas al jamón, como decirlo con certeza, pero parece tener sentido. Especialmente si hay algún proceso de escurrido o secado de por medio hasta llegar al producto terminado. |
