Es un contrato. Entiendo que se trata de asistencia o soporte después de la extinción y entiendo que lo usan en caso de finalización del contrato o cualquier otro tipo de extinción, pero no encuentro el término exacto en español. No sé si hay uno en particular. ¡Gracias por la ayuda!

In the event of expiration or termination of this Agreement, XXX shall cooperate with Client and Client Affiliates to facilitate the orderly transfer of the Services to Client and Client Affiliates (the “Termination Assistance”) including promptly providing Client and Client Affiliates with all media plan tangible and intangible material with respect to the transition of services to Client and Client Affiliates no later than sixty (60) days after notice of termination or non-renewal by either Party. Any additional termination assistance shall be at XXX then-standard reasonable fees. At Client’s or Client Affiliates’s request, Termination Assistance may include continued provision of the Services for up to three (3) months after the effective date of termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Explanation:
Para las obligaciones y derechos tras la terminación de un contrato, existe el término "responsabilidad poscontractual". Creo que en este caso se podría aplicar perfectamente.

Otra opción podría ser "obligaciones poscontractuales".
