Spanish translation: área de atención al cliente

This is retail jargon.

This basically refers to the cashiers/cash registers, baggers and customer service.

No more context really, as it is a heading.

I thought of "Cajas"/"Área de cajas" but I think it's more than that, so I'm not sure it fits the bill. Any ideas?

Explanation:
En contraposición al back end (servicios de soporte), en front end puede ser tanto la zona de cajas, como la atención directa telefónica. Por eso yo optaría un término más global que "zona de cajas".
