Embarcación del Servicio de Señalización Marítima Explanation: Buoys come in all sizes and so do the vessels that install, maintain and remove them. Some can be dealt with by a man in a a rowing boat; others -for example, safe water marks in deep waters- may be very large and heavy and require a correspondingly large vessel with a crane to handle the weight and volume. Whatever their size, buoys are the responsibility of the Servicio de Señalización Marítima, which is the responsibility of the Autoridad Portuaria, of which there are 28 in Spain. https://www.panoramanautico.com/que-es-el-servicio-de-senalizacion-maritima-y-la-t-0/ https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autoridad_Portuaria_de_Barcelona |
