Sports / Fitness / Recreation / Martial Arts Jiu Jitsu
English term or phrase: Mindset
I am translating a martial arts book, specifically about Jiu Jitsu, from English to Spanish. Along the book the author sometimes talks about "mentality" and sometimes about "mindset". I believe both terms are very close but there is a small difference. The way I have it translated now is for "mentality=mentalidad" and for "mindset=actitud mental". An example where it appears is:

EN > Without the correct mindset, martial arts are just a weapon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

actitud mental
Explanation:

Mindset - Actitud mental
Mentality - Mentalidad

Mentality
1: mental power or capacity : INTELLIGENCE
Mentalidad
