Director of Nursing Research
Explanation:
It seems to be one of the specialisations of directors of nursing, and at HUS, this seems to be the title given to their arviointiylihoitaja. "Director of Nursing Excellence" seems to be in use as well, but couldn't match it with arviointiylihoitaja.

neutral  Anu Carroll: People currently in this position at VSSHP, KSSHP and PSHP are using "Director of Nursing Excellence" (although misspelled in one case) on their English LinkedIn pages. "Director of Nursing Research" sounds narrower and could be "tutkimusylihoitaja".
