I am translating a document in Belgian proceedings. I will give the whole sentence:
"Verzoekster stelt hoger beroep in tegen de bestreden beslissing zoals verder uiteengezet, onder voorbehoud van alle redenen die in de loop van de procedure zullen aangehaald worden"

Maybe "while maintaining"?

An explanation of the meaning of this sentence, in particular the second part, would be appreciated.

Asker: I know this is the standard translation of this phrase, however it does not make sense to me in this context. "Without prejudice to" normally concerns rights and defences, not reasons as stated in the source text.

agree  writeaway: just checked with a certain mutual legal friend and there was also nothing at all wrong with my answer, subject to, which was royally ignored by Asker and therefore now hidden as a complete time waster. nunca mas/right below you-I hid it.

voorbehoud: (of: reserve), eenzijdige verklaring, ongeacht haar bewoording of haar benaming, afgelegd door een staat wanneer hij een verdrag ondertekent, bekrachtigt, aanvaardt of goedkeurt of daartoe toetreedt, waarbij hij te kennen geeft het rechtsgevolg van zekere bepalingen van het (verdrag) in hun toepassing met betrekking tot deze staat uit te sluiten of te wijzigen." Does this point in the right direction?

Asker: Thanks very much for looking it up/the effort, but I would say not. The context of this is treaties and states, whereas my document concerns legal proceedings between parties about breach of contract. I would guess it is a phrase which is commonly used in Belgian proceedings. Still, thanks anyway!
