This is about an automatic train protection system. I'm at a loss as to the meaning of 'verzekerde functionaliteiten' (and 'verzekerd' in particular) in the following sentence: "Deze tabel dient enkel om de {i}verzekerde functionaliteiten{/i} te illustreren voor iedere combinatie grond-boord op het Belgische conventionele spoornet." It's not about insurance -- I know that much ;-)
