Could this be "demande faite" as suggested elsewhere on PROZ? Not sure it would make sense as it seems to be specifically placed under the witnesses.

Explanation:
I would translate this "as is" and not try to expand it. Not the translator's problem and to me it seems to be somebody's initials despite what Elizabeth says.
