French term or phrase: remonter; réaliser; à réaliser
I am struggling with this sentence:

L'équipe produit s’intéresse aux développements réalisés sur un temps planifié pour remonter les correctifs ou les améliorations à réaliser.

In the full text, they are explaining how developers work in a particular situation. "They code and implement new features and processes in a testing environment." And this is all done on a production platform before releasing the software patches, upgrades, enhancements, and so on.

For context, here is the full paragraph:

I am particularly stuck on the word "remonter" as well as the double use of "réaliser."

Here's how I am translating that sentence:

The product team focuses on uploading patches and upgrades according to a schedule of work to be done. OR

The product team focuses on uploading patches and upgrades according to a scheduled to-do list.

This is a blog that will appear on a tech company's website. The audience is banks, all over the world, seeking to go digital.

Your comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

to report, to complete, to accomplish etc.
Explanation:
Here, "remonter" refers to informing the team leaders or the customers about the patches for example that were added to the app or the program. I would translate it to "report" or "notify". "réalisés" could be translated using "completed", "performed", "accomplished" or even "made" and "done" if you are looking for something simple. Same for "à réaliser" except for the tense: "à+infinitive" means that it is yet to be done. Given the context, for this latter one "implement" could be a good choice, or you could even twist the sentence a little and skip the second"réaliser":
The product team focuses on developments completed in a given timeframe to report on upcoming patches and fixes.

Implement patches; achieved/accomplished; carry out

Explanation:
For the term "Réaliser":
- for the first "réaliser" I should translate as "achieved" or "accomplished" as it's about a task or a development done. For the second "réaliser" I should translate as "carried out" as it's about a task to be done in the future.
- As for the "remonter les correctifs" - is like feedbacks to correct and improve functionalities. For me is "implement patches"

Track/made/ to be made

Explanation:
Translation: The product [development] team is interested in the developments carried out over a set period of time in order to track the patches or improvements to be made.

Based on the context, "to track" is the only possible translation of "remonter"; upload doesn't work in this sentence because of the or. See like for an explanation of réaliser.

to review or audit, to make, to be carried out

Explanation:
It mentions a production team which takes an interest in the developments to be made during a time allocated for planning, to revise, review or audit corrective measures or the improvements to be made.

(L'équipe produit s'intéresse aux développements réalisés sur une épreuve planifiée pour remonter les correctifs ou les améliorations à réaliser.)

"L'audit interne c'est de mettre en place un plan d'action car l'audit est un outil d'amélioration continue, prévu pour corriger les dysfonctionnements, trouver des actions palliatives, correctives ou encore pour encourager et diffuser les bonnes pratiques."

(An internal audit places an action plan since the audit is an instrument of continuing improvement, set up to correct dysfunctions (malfunctions), find palliative (temporary relief) measures, corrections, and more so to encourage and promote good practice.)

Example sentence(s):
  • 'Aujourd'hui la méthodologie est la méthode agile la plus utilisée en entreprise (2/3 des practiciens de l'agile) et se base sur une équipe produit de production) qui collabore pour avancer ensemble.'
  • 'Today the methodologies are the most widely used adept (agile) methods used in business (2/3 of adept (agile) practitioners) and it's based on a production team which collaborates in order to progress together.'
