held in treasury / held by the entity
Explanation:
“treasury shares" is on the money, but it doesn't fit the sentence provided.

"Held in treasury" is viable, although it mainly seems to appear in UK texts:

Regulation 3 inserts new sections 162A, 162B, 162C, 162D, 162E, 162F and 162G in the 1985 Act which set out the principal provisions relating to treasury shares. Section 162A provides that where qualifying shares are purchased out of distributable profits they may be held in treasury

Whilst the issued share capital of the company will not be reduced by the number of shares held in treasury, when calculating the market capitalisation of a public company, the treasury shares are excluded from such valuation.

Alternatively, there's no reason why you could simply say "held by the entity"

For reference, EU law uses the expression "held by the undertaking" - but of course, the word "undertaking" is very much a creature of EU legalese, so I would substitute "entity" in any other context

R0710/C0060 | Actions propres (détenues directement et indirectement) | Le montant des actions propres auto-détenues par l'entreprise, directement et indirectement.

R0710/C0060 | Own shares (held directly and indirectly) | This is the amount of own shares held by the undertaking, both directly and indirectly.

I should underline that "auto-detenues" simply means "held by the ___ itself" . There is no particular need for a specific, technical term.

Treasury stock / treasury shares

Explanation:
Treasury stock, also called treasury shares is a portion of previously issued, outstanding shares of stock which a company has repurchased or bought back from shareholders. These reacquired shares are then held by the company for its own disposition.

-> It is not supposed to substitute for the whole sentence.

disagree  AllegroTrans: " émis par l'institution et auto détenus " clearly contains two adjectivals; your suggestion of nouns cannot be correct
