It's a 2-Michelin-star place so I suppose they can afford it. You won't translate it, of course: just "the e=sc2 tableware", with "e=sc2" possibly in italics or in inverted commas. I take it you get the obvious allusion to Einstein's famous equation, e=mc^2 (energy equals mass times the speed of light squared). I don't know what the "s" stands for here |
