a very gentle tasting Explanation: A gentle taste is the opposite of an overpowering one. Yes, it normally characterise the wine taste rather than the procedure of tasting. But it would work I think. "call for a gentle testing" Avoid "finesse" which means something different (and is a standardised descriptor) |
