This is in line with your own rupture de la relation commerciale. I'll let native speakers decide if loi should be translated by "law". I was thinking of "rate" (as in: the rate at which things - people not paying their insurance premiums - happen). Not paying your insurance premium means you let the policy lapse (no cover and what you have already paid is lost to you). What about “policy lapse rate” ? For ex. "Lapse Rate - The rate at which life insurance policies terminate because of failure to pay the premiums. " (https://www.dfs.ny.gov/consumer/cli_gloss.htm) or: "Lapse Definition - Investopedia https://www.investopedia.com › Trading › Trading Instruments 21 mai 2019 - A lapse is the cessation of a privilege, right or policy due to time or inaction. Prudential has also something called « premium discontinuance charge » (https://www.iciciprulife.com/insurance-library/ulips/ulips-c... It isn’t quite the same thing, but it is about not paying premiums and shows "premium discontinuance" could also be part of the solution. “Premium discontinuance rate”? |
